A 46-year-old woman lost her life on Wednesday evening, the victim of a stabbing perpetrated by a 47-year-old cousin. The crime took place in a building located in Cacém, in Sintra municipality, following a confrontation between the two women.
According to the PSP, the homicide was recorded at 23:44. The assailant was also injured during the incident and required hospital care in Lisbon. After receiving treatment at São Francisco Xavier Hospital, the suspect was detained by the authorities.
