Police officers from Chișineu-Criș seized non-lethal weapons, swords and a crossbow from three men suspected of violating firearms and ammunition regulations.

Law enforcement from the town of Chișineu-Criș carried out five raids at the residences of three individuals suspected of breaching legislation concerning arms and ammunition. The operation was conducted under the supervision of the magistrate in charge of the case.
The targeted men were aged 22, 34 and 35 years old and lived in Chișineu-Criș and in the locality of Socodor respectively. During the raids, law enforcement found and confiscated several dangerous items: two non-lethal pistols of 4.5 mm and 5.5 mm calibre, three boxes of corresponding ammunition, two large blades and a crossbow with firing mechanism, according to data published by News.ro.
All items identified were taken as evidence in a criminal case opened for the offence of breaching regulations concerning the possession and use of weapons and ammunition. The investigation is continuing under the coordination of the appointed prosecutor.
