Prosecutors from the Directorate for the Investigation of Organised Crime and Terrorism (DIICOT) – Târgu Mureș Territorial Service have ordered that Cristian Pomohaci be sent to trial. He is accused of committing the offence of high-risk drug trafficking and has been presented before the court in a state of preventive detention.
The case was investigated by the organised crime fighting structure in Mureș, which completed the investigation and formulated the indictment against the defendant. The case has been forwarded to the competent court for trial.
Cristian Pomohaci became known to the public in the context of earlier controversies. He now faces serious criminal charges related to the circulation of narcotic substances.
