A man from Buzău County was arrested pending trial after terrorising his mother and breaching the protection order issued against him on the very evening he was released.
The woman sought police assistance after her son came to the house gate and threatened her with violence. The victim stated that the man constantly harassed her and terrorised her, creating a permanent climate of fear.
The authorities issued a protection order against the aggressor, but he did not comply with the measure. On the same evening the document was issued, the man returned to his mother's residence and continued to threaten her.
Police officers intervened again and detained the aggressor. Subsequently, magistrates ordered his arrest pending trial.
