A 32-year-old man and an 18-year-old teenager have been placed in preventive custody on suspicion of selling highly dangerous narcotic substances in Dolj County. The operation was coordinated by prosecutors from DIICOT – Craiova Territorial Service, with the support of officers from the Organised Crime Combat Brigade.
The investigation shows that throughout 2026, the older man allegedly acquired cocaine, which he subsequently distributed through the 18-year-old. Customers paid between 900 and 1,800 lei for the quantities purchased. The substances were confiscated during the investigation.
On 11 June 2026, the two were detained by prosecutors. Subsequently, the court at Dolj Tribunal approved the application for preventive arrest for 30 days, at the request of the judge for rights and freedoms.
