Bucharest Court of Appeal has issued a final ruling in which Tudor Duma has been sentenced to four years and three months in prison for drug trafficking, possession for personal use and violation of weapons regulations.

A senior court in the capital has issued an irrevocable decision in which an individual named Tudor Duma has received a custodial sentence of four years and three months. The sentence covers multiple charges, including repeated sale of narcotic substances, possession of these substances for personal use, and violation of legislation concerning weapons and ammunition.
The initial arrest of this individual took place over 12 months ago, in a case connected to the death of a minor to whom he had previously supplied drugs. After a period spent behind bars, he was released and subjected to a judicial supervision measure.
Duma is known to the public also because of his connection to Vlad Pascu, the author of the road accident on 2 May that resulted in the death of two young people. At the time the incident occurred, Pascu was driving a vehicle under the influence of psychoactive substances.
