Three people are remanded in custody suspected of murder and attempted murder following a brawl at a bathing area last week. A further five people have been arrested, according to the prosecutor.

Three people are remanded in custody suspected of murder and attempted murder following a violent altercation at a bathing area last week. A further five people have been arrested in the case.
The incident began as a verbal dispute that then escalated into a physical brawl. Two men were transported by ambulance to hospital as a result of the violence. One of the men subsequently died from stab wounds he sustained during the scuffle.
Senior prosecutor Sonja Seligmann states in a press release that there are many witnesses to the incident and that a large number of interviews remain to be conducted.
The police now have a total of eight people suspected of involvement in the fatal incident and the associated act of violence.
