A person has been arrested and detained following the fatal shooting in Uppsala on Sunday.

Police received a report of gunfire in the Kvarngärdet district of Uppsala shortly after 21:00 on Sunday evening. When patrols arrived at the scene, they found a man in his twenties dead at the location.
A suspected person was later taken into custody and has now been detained by the prosecutor, the authority reports.
