A woman was taken to hospital by ambulance after police were called to a campsite in Ängelholm municipality during the night. The case is being investigated as suspected rape.
A cordoned-off area at the campsite was sealed off for forensic examination. According to police spokeswoman Katarina Rusin, the cordons have now been removed and police work at the scene is complete.
No person has been arrested in the case. Expressen was first to report the incident.
