"He has been taken to hospital by ambulance," says Daniel Wikdahl, press spokesperson for the police.
Wikdahl states that he is not aware of the extent of the injuries in detail, but that the boy was conscious and able to speak when he was taken care of. The boy is believed to have received help from other people to get home. Those who assisted him may have witnessed the incident and are now to be questioned by police.

"We are also searching for objects that may have connections to what occurred," says Wikdahl.
The circumstances surrounding the crime remain unclear and no person has been arrested or identified as a suspect. Police assess that the public is not at risk.
