A 16-year-old boy from Norway was arrested in Norrköping shortly before 3 p.m. on 8 July. Later that same day he was apprehended, and has now been remanded in custody on probable cause on suspicion of preparing for murder.
According to NT, the suspect is a Norwegian citizen and is said to have travelled to Sweden from his home country. Prosecutor Mårten Alvinsson confirms that the arrest took place in Norrköping, but does not wish to disclose whether further persons are involved in the investigation.
– We still have a good deal left to investigate, says Alvinsson.
The case is under investigation and further details have not yet been presented.
