One person was injured in a suspected shooting in Gävle on Friday evening. Police were called shortly after 10 p.m. to the Sätra district.

Shortly after 10 p.m. on Friday, calls flooded into SOS Alarm about loud bangs from Sätra in Gävle.
Police mobilised a large operation to the scene. Several witnesses had heard detonations in the residential area.
– Many have rung and reported loud bangs, Magnus Jansson Klarin from the police press office told Svenska Dagbladet.
An individual was injured in connection with the incident. As a precautionary measure, all rail traffic to and from the city was halted for a time.
