Teenagers robbed and hit by car in Limhamn – 13-year-old hospitalised
A 13-year-old was taken to hospital after he and a friend were subjected to a robbery and hit by a car in Malmö's Limhamn district on Thursday evening.
Robbers drove into boys in Limhamn after stealing electric scooter
A 13-year-old boy was transported to hospital by ambulance following a robbery and a hit-and-run in Limhamn, Malmö, on Thursday evening – reported by Sydsvenskan.
Police and ambulance were called to the area shortly after 8 p.m. The incident is said to have taken place on Rudbecksgatan, where several perpetrators targeted the two boys.
– They are said to have robbed the boys of an electric scooter and loaded it into a car and then driven into the boys, says Evelina Olsson, police press officer.
The friend made it home on his own. The 13-year-old boy was transported to hospital. How serious the injuries are to both boys is still unclear.
– There are said to have been several robbers, says Olsson.
Police are searching for the car and the perpetrators involved.
