The fatal shooting occurred over the weekend and has been described by investigators as an execution-style killing. Sources indicate that the shooter reportedly cycled past the victim before firing the weapon.
The young suspect was found and taken into custody at a hamburger restaurant in the capital during the night into Monday. He is not of age.
An older person was arrested on Tuesday, suspected of having assisted the perpetrator. On Wednesday evening, another minor was brought in, reasonably suspected of having hidden or protected the offender. Questioning is being conducted on Thursday.
