Tivoli scene of two robberies: police seek witnesses and suspects

Ljubljana police officers dealt with two separate robberies in the Tivoli park area on Friday evening, reports ljubljanainfo.com. In both cases, they are continuing to gather information and are appealing to potential witnesses to come forward.

In the first robbery, a woman approached the victim and invited him for a walk in the park. When they had moved away, a man with a telescopic baton in his hand joined them. The victim was injured in the incident, but police did not disclose details about the nature of the injuries.

Shortly afterwards, police officers dealt with another robbery in the same area. Two suspects approached the victims: the female suspect had a sharp object in her hand, whilst the male suspect had a metal baton. They threatened the victims and robbed them of mobile phones and money. According to police, nobody was physically injured in this case.
