A 34-year-old man from Rožňava has been accused of abusing a close person following repeated physical attacks on his partner. Despite being evicted, he returned and attacked the woman again.

Police in Rožňava have accused a 34-year-old man of the crime of abusing a close and dependent person, according to Google News SK — Crime (sk). He repeatedly physically assaulted his partner from December of last year.
The Košice regional police stated on social media that the man had repeatedly punched the woman in the head and other parts of her body following their mutual arguments, thereby causing her physical and psychological suffering. He was therefore evicted from the shared residence in early August.
After the specified eviction period expired, he returned to the house shortly after midnight, where his partner was present along with their four children, who were asleep at the time.
"According to the investigation so far, he was supposed to have used vulgar language directed at the woman and subsequently physically attacked her again with punches and kicks to various parts of her body," police stated. The woman sustained injuries requiring medical treatment with an expected recovery period of up to seven days.
Police detained the man. Following completion of procedural formalities, he was remanded in custody after being charged.
