Police in Stará Ľubovňa district are investigating a case of financial fraud in a vehicle sale. This was reported by the portal TERAZ.sk.
According to available information, the seller accepted a cash payment of €35,000 from the buyer when signing the contract. The car was supposed to go to a 23-year-old young man who had paid for it.
Despite making the payment, the buyer has not yet received the vehicle. Law enforcement officials are currently investigating the matter and are establishing the circumstances of the entire transaction. Further details of the investigation are not yet known.
