Law enforcement officers intervened during the night in Veľký Kýr near Nové Zámky. The driver of the luxury vehicle was stopped, but he refused to obey orders and attempted to flee.

The entire incident began when the head of the Šurany district police station received a dispatch during his shift about the need to verify the situation in this municipality. Since he happened to be in the area, he decided to go to his colleagues' aid. He spotted the BMW driver and blocked his way with his service vehicle.

From the first moment, the 38-year-old man behaved in a hostile manner. He attempted to leave, which resulted in a scuffle. The district station management deployed coercive measures against him. When another patrol unit arrived, the aggressor was restrained.

Despite the man being detained, he refused to blow into the device and refused to undergo a medical examination for the presence of narcotic substances in his body. Police arrested him and restricted his freedom. Subsequently, the assigned investigator charged him with endangering others while under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
