The 34-year-old T.B.W. stated that he was driving along Kieselweg when he came across a group of young men on the roadway. According to him, they are frequently there, forcing motorists to swerve. He approached the group, but his remarks were ignored.

Subsequently, T.B.W. drew his service weapon and fired a shot into the air. He then held one of the young men at gunpoint for some time. No one was injured by a bullet.
