A 24-year-old man was fatally stabbed by his cousin in Boscobel View, St. Mary, after the two argued over a cellphone charger, krcrtv.com reports.

Neshawn Williams, known locally as "Checo," was at a home with his cousin on Saturday when the dispute broke out at around 1:20 p.m. Superintendent Anthony Wallace, head of the St. Mary Police division, told The Gleaner that the argument escalated into a physical confrontation "during which a knife was brought into play and Williams was stabbed in the abdomen."

Williams was transported to Port Maria Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

The suspect fled the scene immediately after the stabbing. Police have launched a manhunt but have not publicly named the individual. No arrest has been made.
