According to salzburg24.at, Salzburg police arrested a 35-year-old Hungarian woman in the Pongau region on Wednesday. The woman, who lives in the area, is suspected of dealing illegally in controlled substances on a commercial basis since 2021. Following her arrest, she was transferred to Salzburg prison.

Investigators accuse the 35-year-old of selling several kilograms of cannabis and hashish in recent years. During her questioning, she made admissions.

In the course of the arrest, authorities ordered a house search. Officers seized approximately 1.8 kilograms of cannabis herb and around 300 grams of hashish. Additionally, investigators discovered a small quantity of cocaine and several magic mushrooms. Police also seized cash in the three-figure range.
