During the pursuit, officers measured a speed of 83 km/h in the 30 km/h zone.
The rider, a 32-year-old Hungarian citizen, was subjected to a vehicle and driver check shortly afterwards. He was carrying neither a driving licence nor any other documents.
The man stated that he was visiting his grandmother in Wels. She confirmed his identity to the police officers. A security deposit in the four-figure euro range was collected. In addition, the 32-year-old will be charged.
