Namur justice heard the Crown Office's submissions on Wednesday in the trial of Grégory Lenoci. The representative of the public prosecutor's office asked the correctional tribunal to sentence the man to 17 years of imprisonment, with placement under the supervision of the sentence enforcement tribunal.
The facts date back to 24 July 2025. On that day, Lenoci allegedly attempted to kill Marc P., an individual whom he believed was responsible for abuse against his stepdaughter. The accused is therefore being prosecuted for attempted murder motivated by personal revenge.
