Man stabbed in Brussels city centre, suspect still at large
During the night of Tuesday to Wednesday, a man was stabbed in the abdomen along the Slachthuislaan in Brussels. His life is not in danger. No suspect has yet been arrested.

During the night of Tuesday to Wednesday, the services of the Brussels-Capital/Ixelles police zone discovered a man seriously injured along the Slachthuislaan, in central Brussels. The individual had been stabbed in the abdominal region at around three o'clock in the morning.
Emergency services quickly transported the victim to a hospital for medical care. According to the authorities, his state of health is not causing particular concern and his life is not threatened.
Law enforcement immediately established a security perimeter at the scene in order to preserve all traces and evidence that could assist the investigation. For now, no suspect has been arrested. The exact circumstances of this attack remain to be clarified and are the subject of an ongoing investigation.
