Police have made a second arrest of a person in connection with the possession and transportation of explosive materials during the Cyprus Cup final held at the GSP stadium in Nicosia.

Police have apprehended a further person as part of an investigation into the possession and transportation of explosive substances during the Cyprus Cup final match held at the GSP stadium in Nicosia.
The person is a 29-year-old man who was arrested on the basis of a court warrant and held in custody to facilitate the investigation.
The following day after his arrest, he was brought before the Nicosia District Court, which issued a court order for his detention for three days.
The Nicosia Crime Prevention Department is continuing its investigation of the case.
