Lawyer arrested in Limassol for sexual harassment of 19-year-old at ADAD offices
A lawyer was arrested and taken to Limassol CID following a complaint from a 19-year-old woman alleging sexual harassment at the offices of the Anti-Narcotics Agency (ADAD).
Lawyer arrested following harassment complaint within ADAD
Limassol CID proceeded with the arrest of a lawyer following a complaint from a 19-year-old woman, according to reports by Politis. The young woman alleged that she was sexually harassed inside the offices of the Anti-Narcotics Agency (ADAD).
The 19-year-old had initially been arrested by ADAD during an operation. During her interrogation, she requested representation by a lawyer, who was immediately called to the agency's offices.
Subsequently, the 19-year-old filed a complaint with Limassol CID, alleging that the lawyer himself had sexually harassed her within the ADAD facilities. Following the filing of the complaint, authorities arrested the lawyer and took him to the department for interrogation.
