A 33-year-old man was arrested in Limassol following his confession to five residential burglaries and thefts that he committed between April and June 2026.

Police today proceeded with the arrest of a 33-year-old man as part of an investigation into residential burglaries and thefts that have occurred in the city and broader Limassol area.
The arrested man was located and placed in custody on the basis of a warrant issued by the court. During questioning, he is reported to have admitted to committing five separate burglaries at residential properties, accompanied by thefts of personal items. The aforementioned acts are reported to have been committed in the Limassol city centre and in the Limassol district during the period from April to June of the current year.
The Limassol Investigation Department is conducting further investigation into the case.
