Altercation in Xylofagou: Two more wanted suspects arrested
Two men who were being sought by authorities were located and arrested yesterday evening in Larnaca as part of an investigation into an altercation that occurred in Xylofagou on the evening of 8 July.
The men are aged 26 and 24, and were located by police officers and taken into custody on the basis of judicial warrants.
It is recalled that yesterday police released photographs and details of the two individuals, as well as four other suspects who remain wanted. The release was made in order to gather information that could lead to their identification.
In total, three other individuals have already been arrested in connection with the altercation in Xylofagou, whilst five more remain wanted.
The Famagusta Investigation Department is continuing investigations.
