Plzeň Regional Court sent a thirty-five-year-old man from a village in the Klatovsko region to prison for eight years on Thursday. Two sexual attacks on women were the reason for the strict sentence that the court imposed on František.
According to documents in the case, the man attempted to rape his former partner. The incident occurred at the moment when the woman came to collect their joint child from him. He attacked the second victim near a cemetery, where he raped the girl.
The trial took place on Thursday in Plzeň. The length of the sentence corresponds to the seriousness of both offences committed by the defendant against two different women.
