A 17-year-old woman has been arrested abroad in Lithuania on suspicion of murder. She is suspected of fatally injuring a young man of the same age in Castrop-Rauxel approximately five months ago. The victim, Onur S., succumbed to his injuries on Wartburgstraße.
The arrest of the suspect Angela R. took place 147 days after the arrest warrant was issued. The investigations carried out by German authorities eventually led to her discovery in the Baltic region.
