A man without a driving licence rode a motorcycle whilst intoxicated and carried several illegal weapons with him. Police also found additional firearms in his flat.

In Dillingen an der Donau, police apprehended an elderly motorcycle rider who was not only heavily intoxicated but also carrying an entire arsenal of weapons. Officers were originally at the scene because of a crashed moped, as reported by the Süddeutsche Zeitung.
During the accident investigation, officers discovered several prohibited combat knives, a converted alarm pistol, and ammunition on the 68-year-old. None of these items had the appropriate authorisation.
A subsequent search of his flat revealed additional firearms. Experts must now examine whether these have also been technically modified. Investigators initially made no further statement about the exact number and type of seized objects.
The breathalyser test showed 1.6 per mille. The man was so heavily intoxicated that he could barely speak intelligibly. He also appears not to have held a driving licence. He sustained no injuries in his crash.
The relevant prosecutor's office is now examining several criminal offences, including violations of weapons legislation, driving under the influence of alcohol, and operating a motor vehicle without a driving licence.
