In Donauwörth in Bavaria (Donau-Ries district), an intoxicated 62-year-old attacked a police officer. The incident occurred whilst the man was being transported in a patrol car, when he kicked the officer. The policeman sustained a minor injury in the process.
Earlier, the man had drawn attention whilst heavily intoxicated in the entrance area of a hospital. Officers issued him with an order to leave, which he ignored. He was subsequently arrested. During the operation, he verbally abused the officers, made repeated remarks hostile to the Constitution, and spat in a policeman's face multiple times.
