A young Romanian was arrested in south-west Germany. He is alleged to have established a far-right group that sought to overthrow the Romanian state and install an NS regime.

In an operation on Tuesday, 30 June, German security forces arrested a young man holding Romanian nationality. The suspect is accused of having founded a foreign terrorist organisation aimed at dismantling state power in Romania. This is reported by Ziare.com.
The arrest was carried out by police officers from Baden-Württemberg and Rhineland-Palatinate. The suspect, Nichita P., is classified under German law as a "young adult". The Federal Public Prosecutor's Office is conducting the investigation.
Since the beginning of 2023, the accused is alleged to have actively worked to build a criminal association. According to prosecutors, his ultimate goal was the elimination of the existing state order in Romania and the establishment of a National Socialist system of rule.
To gain supporters, the Romanian utilised two communication channels on a German messaging platform. These were aimed primarily at young countrymen.
Through these channels, he disseminated calls to commit crimes. According to the indictment, these included spraying far-right symbols, inciting minors to self-harm, arson attacks on migrant accommodation and LGBTQ+ facilities. He also called for the killing of people whom he described as "subhuman".
On the same channels, Nichita P. also published detailed construction instructions for explosive devices, Molotov cocktails and car bombs. Instructions for the production of poisons were also found there.
