On Tuesday, 9 June 2026, a man and his partner appeared before the judicial court of Laval, in the department of Mayenne. The hearing takes place as part of a deferred appearance procedure.
The main defendant, a young man of 27 years old, is the subject of multiple accusations linked to the illicit trade in psychoactive substances. The magistrates accuse him in particular of having purchased cocaine, heroin and ecstasy tablets. Law enforcement authorities estimate that he possessed and transported 34 sachets of cocaine, totalling approximately 17 grammes. He is also suspected of having participated, as an accomplice, in the distribution or sale of these products. The case is aggravated by a state of recidivism. Furthermore, the prosecution accuses him of personal consumption of narcotics. The alleged acts are said to have taken place over a period from May 2025 to April 2026, on the territory of the municipality of Laval.
The woman with whom he lives is also brought before the judges, the latter being accused of money laundering.
