Man stopped with cocaine and crack in rental car
During anti-drug operations, officers from the Roma Città Giardino Station stopped a 42-year-old man in a rental car who returned positive results in police databases. A search resulted in the seizure of 13 doses of cocaine and crack totalling 16.5 grammes, and 230 euros in cash believed to be proceeds from drug dealing.
Attempted illegal occupation prevented in via Ugo Farulli
In via Ugo Farulli, Carabinieri from the Roma Nuovo Salario Station caught three men — aged 50, 41 and 19, all with prior records — as they attempted to force entry to an ATER property using burglary tools. The three were arrested in flagrante delicto.
Remand orders executed, Romanian man charged with theft
In the same operational context, officers enforced a custodial remand order against a 71-year-old already under house arrest, who was subsequently transferred to Rebibbia prison. Another 42-year-old man was located and taken into custody pursuant to a remand order.
A further intervention at a supermarket on via Tiburtina resulted in a 28-year-old Romanian citizen being charged with aggravated theft and providing false details to law enforcement.

Overall, the operation resulted in the identification of 129 people, 31 of whom had prior records, the inspection of 78 vehicles and nine people being reported for controlled substance use.
