The investigation led to the seizure of a full-fledged drug production facility. Those responsible used indoor growing operations to cultivate marijuana and packaged crack by disguising it among herbal tea packages.
The distribution system also operated through home delivery, a method that allowed those arrested to distribute narcotics extensively throughout the capital. One user was reported to the Prefect's Office.
