Luxembourg police arrested a man on Monday, 15 June, suspected of breaking the window of a parked vehicle on Rue Giuseppe Verdi in Gasperich to steal a briefcase from inside.
According to the police bulletin cited by contacto.lu, the individual allegedly accessed the vehicle interior during the night, searched the vehicle and took the briefcase with him.
Local authorities located the suspect shortly after the incident. On the orders of the Public Prosecutor's Office, he was placed in detention and is due to appear before an investigating judge in the afternoon of Tuesday, 16 June.
