During his release on Tuesday at a police station in the capital, an individual brutally struck a police officer on the leg, spat in the face of a second officer and made threats. He was arrested on the order of the prosecutor and brought before an investigating judge.

An individual brutally assaulted several police officers on Tuesday afternoon, around 14:30, at a police station in Luxembourg City. At the moment when he was to regain his freedom, the suspect suddenly and indiscriminately kicked out. One of the officers was struck on the leg. Furthermore, the assailant spat directly in the face of a second police officer and made verbal threats against the officers present.
The prosecutor's office was informed of these facts and ordered the arrest of the man. The suspect was brought before an investigating judge the following Wednesday morning. A report was drawn up.
