A 25-year-old young man named Leandro disappeared with a car entrusted by a young woman, Lara, after claiming he wanted to buy drugs. The public prosecutor examined the matter and summoned those involved before the court.

According to information reported by Le Quotidien [https://lequotidien.lu/a-la-une/il-reconnait-voler-mais-sans-couteau/], the young woman had handed over the car keys to Leandro so he could obtain drugs. The two individuals had known each other for approximately one week at the time of the incident. Lara indicated that she had taken substances before entrusting her vehicle. She also stated that the young man had given her his address.

Leandro never returned from the meeting. He remained unreachable despite the young woman's attempts to contact him. The vehicle, which could belong to Lara or her former employer depending on the versions given, was resold in France to an unidentified buyer, along with all its contents.

At the hearing, Lara stated: "I did not think he was going to sell the car." The public prosecutor proceeded with a coordinated summons of the suspected perpetrators of several offences, sometimes committed to the detriment of one another, with the aim of financing drug consumption.
