Second similar incident within two days

This is not the only such assault in the Wrocław area around the start of the school year. A day earlier, on Wednesday 2 September, gazetawroclawska.pl reported an attack by a gang of pseudo-hooligans aged 16–18 on 15-year-olds returning from the end of school year celebrations. The attackers chose their victim because of his shoes and watch.

– They targeted just one boy. The others managed to run away and hide. These thugs beat him on the head and back. They said that if he told anyone what happened, they would kill him – a reader of "Gazeta Wrocławska" recalled.

In that case, police have already detained five people. Three others are still being sought. According to current information, there are no grounds to believe that the two groups of attackers are connected.
