A new procedural motion has emerged in the case of former deputy justice minister Marcin Romanowski. The politician's representative has turned to the court with a request to invalidate the European Arrest Warrant (EAW).

Information about this step was provided by radio station RMF FM. According to unofficial reports, Romanowski is currently on the territory of Serbia.

Romanowski held the position of deputy justice minister in the Law and Justice government. The politician is the subject of criminal proceedings, in which a European arrest warrant for his apprehension was issued.
