Two women aged 21 and 22 were arrested by PSP in the Olaias area, Lisbon, on suspicion of trafficking in narcotics. Thousands of doses of various illicit substances were seized.

A preventative policing operation carried out by PSP in the Olaias area, Lisbon, resulted in the arrest of two women, aged 21 and 22, suspected of dealing narcotics in that part of the capital.
The two detainees, who had known each other since childhood, were apprehended during a surveillance operation on Saturday, 4 July. Police officers seized thousands of doses of various drugs, including hashish, cocaine, MDMA and heroin. In addition to the illicit substances, mobile phones, money and other materials related to the criminal activity were also collected.
The two suspects were brought before Lisbon Judicial Court, where they were remanded in custody. The case remains under judicial secrecy.
