Vasco Rodrigues, owner of the Júlio dos Caracóis restaurant in Marvila, Lisbon, was the target of a robbery carried out by an armed and masked group. The robbers took gold items valued at approximately 100,000 euros.
According to information reported by Correio da Manhã, the crime was planned in detail. The individuals, who covered their faces, overpowered the businessman and stole a chain and four gold bracelets from him.
During the robbery, one of the robbers reportedly questioned the victim with the phrase "do you want to die?". The robbery took place in the vicinity of the businessman's establishment, located in the Marvila area in Lisbon.
To date, there is no information about the arrest of suspects or the recovery of the stolen jewels. The investigation is being handled by the competent authorities.
