Two muggers who were travelling on a motorcycle approached a 56-year-old man on Avenida da Liberdade in Lisbon on Wednesday night. The criminals forcibly removed a Rolex wristwatch, valued at approximately €35,000, before fleeing the scene.
The incident occurred at around 22:30. The victim was a guest at a hotel on that Lisbon street and was not injured during the confrontation.
The case will be investigated by the criminal investigation team of the Public Security Police (PSP), which will conduct the inquiry to identify and apprehend those responsible.
