A 30-year-old man, sentenced to four years' imprisonment for high-risk drug trafficking, was identified by police in Mangalia. He was escorted and incarcerated in Poarta Albă Penitentiary.
30-year-old arrested in Mangalia and taken to prison for drug trafficking
Police officers from the Mangalia resort have traced a 30-year-old man who was wanted to serve a final conviction. Magistrates at Cluj County Court had sentenced him to four years' detention for the sale of prohibited substances, considered to be of high risk.
Officers located the fugitive on 10 June 2026. A sentence execution warrant was issued in his name, and once identified, he was taken into custody by authorities and transported to Poarta Albă Penitentiary, where he will serve his sentence.
