Dana Marijuana committed to trial at Constanța Court for drug trafficking
DIICOT Constanța accuses Dana Marijuana of trafficking in risk drugs and driving under the influence of substances. Two other defendants in the same case are suspected of similar offences.
Dana Marijuana expected at Constanța Court in drug trafficking case
According to ziarulamprenta.ro, Dana Marijuana is expected to appear at Constanța Court after DIICOT Constanța committed her to trial for trafficking in risk drugs, in continuous form, and for driving a vehicle under the influence of alcohol or other substances.
Two other defendants are also implicated in the same case. Neagu Cristi Alin is suspected of trafficking in risk drugs and possession of risk drugs. Nicula Mugur Valentin faces charges for complicity in trafficking in risk drugs, trafficking in high-risk drugs, as well as possession of risk drugs and high-risk drugs.
The decision to be delivered by Constanța Court may be contested at Constanța Court of Appeal.
Committal to trial represents, in accordance with the Code of Criminal Procedure, the conclusion of the criminal investigation and does not prejudice the presumption of innocence principle.
