A man and woman were found dead inside a Colleyville home on Saturday in what police believe was a murder-suicide. No ongoing threat to the public, authorities say.

Fox4news.com reports that Colleyville police are investigating a murder-suicide after two people were discovered dead inside a home on the 5300 block of Bluebonnet Drive on Saturday afternoon.
Officers arrived at 4:15 p.m. following a death investigation call and found an unresponsive man and woman inside the property. Paramedics from the Colleyville Fire Department pronounced both dead at the scene.
A joint investigation with the Tarrant County Medical Examiner's Office determined that the woman died from fatal gunshot wounds. The man appeared to have suffered a self-inflicted gunshot wound, and a handgun was recovered near his body.
The identities of the two individuals have not been released, pending formal identification and notification of next of kin by the medical examiner's office.
Authorities stated the investigation remains ongoing but stressed that the incident appears isolated and presents no continuing danger to the surrounding community. The Colleyville Police Department received assistance from the Grapevine Police Department and the North Richland Hills Crime Scene Investigations unit.
