Over 70g fentanyl seized after wanted man arrested in Mt. Juliet, Tennessee

A 44-year-old East Tennessee man wanted for probation violation was arrested in Mt. Juliet carrying fentanyl, meth, and crack cocaine. He faces multiple drug resale charges.

Mt. Juliet police arrested a 44-year-old man from Chuckey, East Tennessee, on Friday after officers spotted a vehicle linked to a suspect wanted out of Greene County for a probation violation connected to methamphetamine sales, wsmv.com reports.

During the subsequent investigation, officers found the man in possession of more than 70 grams of fentanyl, 40 grams of methamphetamine, and 8 grams of crack cocaine. Police also recovered additional plastic bags consistent with drug distribution.

The suspect was booked into Wilson County Jail on charges of possession of fentanyl, methamphetamine, and crack cocaine for resale, as well as drug paraphernalia and evading arrest. He also faces the outstanding Greene County warrant related to the original probation violation.
