According to CBS, authorities are currently conducting searches inside the shopping mall, while police have urged members of the public to stay away from the area.

The mall has been placed on lockdown. Henry Ford Medical Center – Fairlane is also under lockdown, according to hospital officials. Sources report that victims of the armed attack have been transported to Corewell Health Dearborn hospital.
