Officers were dispatched to the junction of High Street and Sullivan Avenue at 1:28 a.m. after reports of an altercation involving a stabbing, according to the Enfield Police Department. Upon arrival, officers established that the victim was also a juvenile.
The victim was transported to a nearby hospital and is listed in stable condition, officials said.
Police identified multiple juvenile suspects and took them into custody, including the individual believed to have carried out the stabbing. That suspect faces charges of first-degree assault, carrying a dangerous weapon, first-degree reckless endangerment, and second-degree breach of peace.
The two other juveniles arrested in connection with the incident were charged with second-degree reckless endangerment, second-degree threatening, and second-degree breach of peace.
